Order Cancellation Policy

A. Products Using Imported Flowers (PO H-4 to H-7)

The availability of imported flowers at URRI CO. typically arrives every Thursday or Friday (except Public Holidays). Customers may check the availability through our Customer Relation team or via the URRI Catalog Instagram account. Several imported flowers require advance Pre-Order, including Tulips, Peonies, Peony Mums, Ecuador Roses, Calla Lilies, Dianthus, Delphiniums, Ranunculus, etc.
Since imported flowers must be pre-ordered a minimum of 4 to 7 days in advance and cannot be canceled with our suppliers, our refund policy is stricter.

  • (More than 4 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery – Refund 100%)
    If the order has not yet been placed with the supplier, cancellation is still possible without any charges.
  • Cancellation H-4 → H-3 ( Refund: 40%)
    Imported flowers have already been ordered and cannot be canceled. A 60% deduction applies to cover PO costs and stock risk.

  • Cancellation H-3 → H-1 ( Refund: 20% )
    Flowers have already been fully prepared or partially processed for the arrangement.

  • Cancellation on the Event Day (H) / After the Arrangement Process Has Begun ( No Refound )

    The flowers have been used and processing has already started.

B. Products Using Locally Sourced Flowers (PO H-3)

  • Cancellation > H-3 (More than 3 days before pickup or delivery – Refund 100%) If the order has not yet been placed with suppliers, cancellation is allowed without charges.

  • Cancellation H-3 → H- 2 ( Refund: 40% )

    Local flowers have already been prepared or reserved (kept) specifically for the order.
    A 60% refund applies to cover PO and stock risk.

  • Cancellation H-2 → H- 1 ( Refund: 20% )

    Bunga sudah dispersiapkan atau telah dibuat untuk pesanan.

  • Cancellation on the Event Day (H) No Refound

    The product has already been created based on the order and materials can no longer be reassigned.

Reschedule Policy
  • Rescheduling for orders using local flowers
    Rescheduling of the pickup date may be made no later than H-2 for arrangements that use local flowers.
  • Rescheduling for orders containing imported flowers
    Rescheduling may be made no later than H-4 for orders that include imported flowers (flowers that must be pre-ordered).
    However, if the imported flowers have already been ordered, the pickup date can only be postponed by a maximum of 1 day.

  • Moving the pickup date earlier (expediting the schedule)
    Bringing the pickup date forward can be requested no later than H-1, and will depend on the availability of time slots and flower stock on the new date.

  • Limit of rescheduling
    The pickup date can only be changed once

For any reason, refunds will be processed within a minimum of 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days after the request is confirmed.
